21 Days of Prayer

Global Missions & Unreached People Groups

(Matthew 28:18–20; Acts 13:47)

Welcome to Day 13 of 21 Days of Prayer

Yesterday, we prayed for our local communities. Today, our hearts turn to the nations—to the places where the name of Jesus is barely known, barely spoken, or not heard at all.

God’s heart has always been for the entire world, and Transformation Life Church (TLC) is called to carry that same global heart.

The Great Commission is not optional—it is the mission of God that we are called to finish. It is backed by all authority in heaven and on earth:

Matthew 28:18–20 (ESV):
“And Jesus came and said to them, ‘All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them… and teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.’”

This mission is our global assignment:

Acts 13:47 (ESV):
“For so the Lord has commanded us, saying, ‘I have made you a light for the Gentiles, that you may bring salvation to the ends of the earth.’”

TLC has a vital role to play in bringing salvation to the ends of the earth through our prayers, our giving, and our sending.

Today we are praying for the front lines of the Gospel:

  • Missionaries around the world—those in difficult cities, remote villages, and especially those in the underground church.
  • The unreached—people groups who currently have no church, no Scripture translated into their language, and no local witness.

We are praying for protection, boldness, provision, and supernatural doors to open for these laborers. We are also praying that God would raise up new missionaries from within TLC to carry the Gospel to places that are desperately waiting for light.

Your 21-Day Prayer Focus: Day 13

Today, let’s look beyond our borders and pray with kingdom perspective. Pray specifically for these three things:

  • For Missionaries’ Protection and Boldness: Pray for the specific missionaries and global partners that TLC supports. Ask the Lord to grant them supernatural protection, physical health, increased provision(finances), and boldness to share the Gospel in challenging environments.

  • For the Unreached People Groups: Pray for the hundreds of unreached people groups across the globe. Ask God to break down spiritual strongholds and send indigenous witnesses to these communities, ensuring they receive the opportunity to hear the Gospel.

  • For Sending and Stirring: Pray for a powerful missionary calling to be stirred up within our congregation, particularly among our young adults and students. Pray that God would send new workers from TLC into the harvest field, equipping us to help finish the Great Commission.

Your Action Step for Today

  • Action: Pray for one missionary TLC supports by name, or dedicate your prayer time to asking God to raise up and send new laborers from our church family.
  • Confession: Say this out loud:
“Lord, let Your Gospel reach the nations. Empower and protect missionaries. Stir in us a heart for the world, that we may bring salvation to the ends of the earth.”

Walk today with expectation: The Great Commission is still unfinished, and we are called to help finish it.
