Many people of all ages are living with anxiety. Is it a medical condition due to a chemical
imbalance, or is it fear due to the uncertainty of our lives or issues we confront? What do we
fear? What is the root of our anxiety? What does Scripture say about anxiety, and how can we
overcome it?
At Transformation Life Church, we care about every aspect of our human life. We are excited
about a new informational/support group for women who are confronting issues due to anxiety
and depression. We will study a book by David Marvin (2021), We’re All Freaking Out (and Why
We Don’t Need to), Finding Freedom from Your Anxious Thoughts and Feelings.
Join us in our new journey of discovering the roots of our anxiety and what the word of God says
about anxiety—developing relationships with other ladies who have similar experiences and
learning to do the will of God for our lives. This group will be led by Psychologist Nelda Morales.

Weekly meetings start April 9th @ 7 pm in the Kitchenette. Ends May 28th.
