YOUNG ADULTS

8TLC Young Adults is a community of young people learning how to follow Jesus in the middle of real life. We’re after a love for Jesus that’s stronger than anything this world offers. Our drive is to see Him honored in our campuses, our careers, our relationships, and our future.

Whether you’re exploring faith or already walking with Jesus, this is a place to grow, connect, and be part of something bigger. You belong here.

All young adults ages 18-28 are welcome!

WEEKLY GATHERINGS

Our weekly gatherings are based off of the paradigm of what God’s people did when they gathered in Acts 2:42-47. We believe gathering in these ways consistently leads to a thriving group of God’s people.

Altar Night

For the first week of each month we create space for worship and prayer. We start the month together saying, “Jesus, we want you here.” It’s a time of renewal, reviving, and receiving what Jesus has for us through prayer and worship.

Word Night

On the second and fourth week of the month, we get into God’s Word together for a
Scripture study and then take time to process those things together in discussion. We
want to be grounded in the Word and go deeper in God’s call for our lives.

Table Night

The third week of each month is a gathering around a table. Sharing stories, eating
food, laughing together, playing games, and creating space to get to know each other.
By breaking bread together, we are committing ourselves to growing together.

THURSDAYS

Every Thursday, we meet at TLC Wood-Ridge campus from 7:00pm-9:15pm. This is our main group gathering for the week.

SPECIAL GATHERINGS

Throughout the year, we have a number of special gatherings (Winter Retreat and Summer Retreat). These gatherings will be posted here.
