Additionally, each level offers unique opportunities to connect with others, learn, and grow in your relationship with God. Explore our Four Levels
Growth Track Curriculum
Rooted is not just another small group curriculum. It is a 10-week discipleship experience built on practicing the Rhythms of Rooted: Daily Devotion, Prayer, Repentance, Serving the Community, Sacrificial Generosity, Share Your Story, and Worship. Rooted is designed to connect people with God, the church, and their purpose.
Rooted aligns with TLC’s unique mission, vision, and values, to live the abundant life God created us to enjoy through the 3D transformative process: Discover Truth, Develop Life-Giving Relationships, and Do Good Works.
Level 2
Safe People focuses on understanding how to recognize and build relationships with people who are emotionally healthy, trustworthy, and supportive. We’ll dive into key concepts such as identifying toxic relationships, setting healthy boundaries, and learning how to create safe environments for growth. Through biblical principles and practical insights, you’ll gain tools to develop stronger, more fulfilling relationships and experience deeper emotional and spiritual well-being. Whether you’re looking to navigate current relationships or create new ones, this class will equip you to foster the connections that truly help you thrive.
Level 3
Holy Spirit Group is an engaging journey into understanding the person and power of the Holy Spirit. Over the course of this group, you’ll explore who the Holy Spirit is, His role in the life of a believer, and how to experience His presence and guidance daily. Designed to deepen your connection with God, this group will empower you to live a Spirit-filled life, equipping you with the tools to grow in faith, wisdom, and spiritual power as you walk in the Holy Spirit’s guidance.

Life Group Electives
Life Group Electives are short term groups designed for people who have completed all three Growth Track levels and are ready to grow deeper. These electives focus on practical faith, spiritual formation, and real life application in a group setting.
This is where growth gets real and community gets personal.
